Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing Bloom.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by an individual developer ("I", "me", "my"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Bloom.AI is an AI-powered geopolitical intelligence and monitoring platform that aggregates publicly available data including financial markets, news, geopolitical events, conflicts, and other open-source intelligence. The Service provides informational content only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You may register using email/password or third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). When using OAuth, you authorize the provider to share your basic profile information with the Service.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service's content without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

The Service includes an AI-powered assistant that provides analysis and insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for making important decisions. I do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated responses.

The Service's design, code, and original content are my intellectual property. Third-party data displayed in the dashboard (news articles, market data, conflict reports, etc.) belongs to its respective owners and is used under fair use or public access principles.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without my written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, GitHub OAuth, Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic (AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

I do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data displayed is accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose

The information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only. Do not make financial, investment, or other important decisions based solely on data from this Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service's content
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any reliance on AI-generated content or analysis

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting me.
• I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, I will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where I reside.
